i have always felt it was a shame that there weren’t that many Asian designers… and when I say Asian I am referring to designers that produce their work in their native country… well designers that have made a claim to fame… there are plenty of asian american designers who are brilliant… monique lhullier, alexander wang, philip lim, derek lam, vera wang, anna sui, peter som, vivian tam, Thakoon…
but andre kim … he could put on a great show… RIP
